  • What is the Bucknell Intercollegiate Film Festival?

    The Bucknell Intercollegiate Film Festival (aka BIFF) is a student-run festival whose mission is to showcase short films made by Pennsylvania students.
  • When and where is the festival?

    The festival is live broadcasting on April 25th at 7 pm via Vimeo.  You can watch the stream here!
  • What kind of films does BIFF screen? 

    First and foremost, BIFF screens short films made by Pennsylvania students. The categories of these films include narratives, documentaries, animations, experimental films,  personal essays.
  • Will there be a Q&A? 

    Yes! There will be a live Q&A with participating directors, where audience members can submit their questions via Vimeo.
  • Is BIFF appropriate for children? 

    While there are certainly family friendly films in our program,  some films contain adult content and sensitive material. Parental guidance is strongly advised.

  • Can I watch the Livestream on my TV, via Roku? I don’t want to watch it on my computer (tablet, phone, etc.)!

    UPDATE: this feature (per instructions below) doesn’t seem to be working, sorry! We hope you can hook your laptop up to your TV and if not, enjoy it on a smaller screen, nevertheless!
  • YES! You can! Here are the The Livestream TV Roku channel is available on all Roku streaming devices for free.

    To add the Livestream channel to your Roku, you can either search for Livestream TV under Internet TV or add it here: https://channelstore.roku.com/details/29216/livestream

    When you launch the Livestream channel, you will be brought to the main screen which displays featured events on Livestream. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you will find the search feature (search for BIFF 2020).

    When you press the OK button on your remote while you have an event selected, it will load the stream or video-on-demand and start playing on your TV!
